No. You retain full ownership and authorship of your technical documents. Your engineers and drafters remain the authors of record — Prolligence manages the administrative pipeline: auditing, submitting, tracking, and resolving holds.
What do you need from us to get started?
Complete, professional, and legible drafting plans, engineering specifications, and your City of Calgary portal access details. From there, we run the rest of the pipeline.
What counts as an "active" project file?
An active project file covers a single permit application from initial document review until the final municipal inspection is logged. Your base monthly retainer includes up to two active project slots at any time. We manage your pipeline dynamically, meaning as soon as one file finishes, its slot opens up for your next upcoming project.
Can you guarantee how fast the City approves a permit?
No. Approval timelines are set by the City of Calgary, not by us, so no one can honestly promise a fixed turnaround. What we do guarantee is that your application is submitted correctly the first time and that every city hold or information request is cleared the same day it lands, so your file never stalls because of paperwork on our end.
Are we locked into a contract?
